TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LIVE WORKSHOPS ORGANISED BY URBAN SKETCH COURSE

 

  1. About these Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are in addition to our main terms and conditions and privacy policy

These terms and conditions of business are between urbansketchcourse.com (“Urban Sketch Course”), and a student (“student”). They shall be deemed to have been accepted when the student registers for an in-person workshop from the Urban Sketch Course website.

“Agreement” means this agreement including the form that the student completes online or otherwise setting out the student’s requirements, including details of fees payable to Urban Sketch Course by the student.

“student” shall mean the individual that enrols in a live workshop.

“Workshop” means the live workshop provided by Urban Sketch Course under this Agreement.

“Site” means the website(s) operated by Urban Sketch Course.

Under this agreement, the student will be registered for a workshop and will receive all outlined services advertised at the time of purchase.

 

  1. Payment of Fee

The student must pay the course fees in advance by credit/debit card or by direct bank transfer. Fees are set out within the registration section of the website.

 

  1. Changes in Booking

Whilst we will endeavour to help with new booking requests, after entering into the booking agreement, the student is not entitled to any changes with regard to the date, accommodation, or meals outlined in the original schedule at the time of purchase.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by the student

 You can cancel at any time without giving any reason before starting the journey. The cancellation must be declared by emailing Urban Sketch Course at [email protected].

Please note that this a non-refundable workshop and if you are unable to join the workshop after booking, we will attempt to resell your place on your behalf.

A refund will only be issued if we manage to successfully resell your place. We will also charge an admin fee of for our team to resell your place. This fee can be deducted from your refund amount.

 

  • Cancellation by Urban Sketch Course

Urban Sketch Course reserves the right to cancel a workshop 30 days prior to the start of the class if the minimum number of students has not been met.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, Urban Sketch Course will notify the registrants by email. Students will have the option to transfer to another workshop if one is available or they will receive a full refund. Urban Sketch Course cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or any other travel expenses paid by the student.

 

5. Workshop Adjustments

Urban Sketch Course reserves the right to change any sketching locations during the trip and make changes to the trip outline if necessary.

Tuition adjustments cannot be made for late arrivals or early departures.

 

6. Urban Sketch Course’s Rights & Liability

The below points are all in addition to the other points listed in our user terms and conditions, outlined here.

Fennelly Art Ltd and V-Learn Ltd t/a Urban Sketch Course cannot be held responsible for any accident/loss or injury incurred during the course of the trip.

This includes all other expenses paid by the student that are not included in the trip outline at the time of purchase.

We strongly recommend that you have a good travel and medical insurance policy in place to cover you in the event you must cancel your trip and any emergency medical services you might need while travelling in a foreign country.

The student agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their workshop. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the workshop are the result of the student’s own personal choices.

 

By registering for a live workshop, you meet the above criteria and agree to abide by all of the above rules and policies in addition to our main terms and conditions and privacy policy listed below.
